Last Call for Retiring Stamp Sets!

I had my Retired Stamp Sets card class last weekend, and we made 8 cards. I have decided that for the next 8 days, I will show you each card. This will be a reminder to you that you only have until August 10 to order the retiring stamp sets. It also give me a chance to try out the "scheduled posts" feature on my blog! I need to do this as I am leaving for my Convention on July 29, and won't be near a computer. Now, I know you're saying, "well, she doesn't post very often anyway, we wouldn't have known she was gone!". Okay, you're right, but one of my resolutions is to post more often, so this will be a great way for me to get started!

I LOVE this card!!! It uses the Block Party stamp set, which of course is just now starting to grow on me. The fun thing about this stamp is that you don't have to use the whole image - duh! I just figured that out! I also love the Western Sky Designer Paper, which is what the top and bottom of the card are covered with. I used the Small Star Punch for the embellishments, added a brad to each, and attached with a dimensional. This card was easy to make, and it's great for a masculine card. The Block Party stamp set also has a Thank You image, and a Christmas image, so it's pretty versatile too.
