My big question of the day is this... how do those girls who post on their blogs every day do it? I just can't keep up! So I thank all of you for hanging in there, patiently waiting for my next post!
My "Retired" Card Class is coming up this weekend, and here is a sneak peek of 5 of the cards. We'll be doing 8 of them. The class will be held on Saturday, July 19 at 7 pm, and Sunday, July 20 at 1 pm. The cost is $16. You need to pre-register and pre-pay no later than Wednesday, July 16. This is going to be a good class, if I do say so myself! That's because I am so good at CASEing! Thanks to all those talented girls out there who are willing to share their wonderful ideas!
Just to let you know what I've been up to... I got this little bee in my bonnet that I wanted ALL of my photos to be digital, meaning I could access them off my computer. Well, I only have about 20+ years of photos on negatives, so this is not an easy thing. Luckily my husband thought this would be a good idea, so he bought me a "negative scanner". It's really great, but it's slooooowwwww! You can scan about 8 pictures at a time, and each one takes 3 minutes. That doesn't include set up time, plus putting all the photos into folders. Needless to say, my brain is overloaded with scanning! The good part is that you can set up those 8 photos, then walk away and do something else. So I have gotten very good at working in 24 minute increments over the past fews days! But I am almost done with 1994 and 1995, which is pretty amazing considering my youngest son was born in 1994 and we have tons of photos from that year! Anyway, I thought this was pretty cool and wanted to share it with you!

Your cards are awesome!! Every one of them!! Fabulous cards for a workshop and I love the way you've displayed them -that is so neat! I need one of those!!
Hi Marilyn,
Do you have a Kohl's near you? That's where I got my card holder, and it was on sale! However, it was awhile ago, so they may not have them anymore. You know how sometimes you find exactly what you're looking for when you go shopping? I had one of those days when I found that! It doesn't happen very often though!
Wahoo! I can't wait. You know I love all these cards...but I think I NEED that flower stamp (the card with the circular paper piercing.)
Great cards! Looks like that will be a fabulous class! Posting on the blogs everyday is very hard, or at least it is for me as well. Since I work full time I don't have the extra time I would like to work on my crafts and stay on top of my blog! But I have fun trying! TFS
