Quick and Easy Scrapboooking

Once again, I am way behind in my blogging! With the school year coming to an end, things have been busy! Not to mention spending hours at the soccer field for a tournament this weekend - it all cuts into your stamping time! And....I am really trying to concentrate on my scrapbooking. So with that thought, I figured I'd post a scrapbook layout. We did this one at Scrap Camp this month. It was QUICK AND EASY! I used Green Galore as my background color, then cut down the Whisper White card stock by one inch on two sides. I wheeled around the edges with the Classic Stars jumbo wheel in Only Orange. My title was stamped with the Taffy Alphabet. And the accent stars were made with the large and small star punches, and then layered. So easy! And this design could be used for lots of different kinds of pages, not just birthday. Okay, it's not my most incredible page, but sometimes you just want to make a layout to highlight the event, and not worry too much about the embellishments! (I know this picture is a little small, but you can click on it for a larger view.) Anyway, I hope to be sharing more scrapbooking with you. I was a scrapbooker before I was a stamper, and I'm really hoping to get back to it more often over the summer!
