This past weekend I had my "Embrace Life" card class. We made 6 cards using this set, plus the Ginger Blossom Designer Paper. I am showing you 3 of the cards that we made, and later I'll show you the other three. I have to admit that these are not totally my original ideas. I tend to need a starting point and then I can take off and tweak from there. (or sometimes I just outright CASE!) I'm not sure who I CASE'd these from, but I think they came out beautifully! And I know some of you are saying, "Gee, I didn't really like that set, but now after seeing some samples, it's growing on me!". I say that a lot, and it's probably how I decide to buy most of the stamps that I do!
On the top and bottom cards I just used a Blender Pen with Classic Ink to color the images. On the center card, I actually watercolored with my Aquapainter. I am a lousy "watercolorer", but I think this one was pretty forgiving. Using Watercolor Paper does help! So, are you in love with this stamp set yet?
